Riyadh – Mubasher: Gulf Insurance Group (GIG) has appointed Yousef Saleh Abalkhail as the Chairman of the board, according to a bourse disclosure.
The company’s board also named Bijan Khasaroshahi as the Vice Chairman for the next four years.
The two official took over their role for a new term that began on 1 August 2024 and will remain in position until 31 July 2028.
Last June, GIG announced cash dividends valued at SAR 78.75 million for 2023.
